Cleanse programmes can start on a Monday, Wednesday or a Saturday. You can collect from our production facility in Oeiras between 5pm and 7pm on the evening before your cleanse start date and every two days throughout the programme, without incurring delivery fees.

Our cleanse programmes are delivered by a team of trusted drivers. We will always aim to achieve the standard delivery window of 6pm - 9pm, however there may be unavoidable delays due to reasons beyond our control.
